What Is Sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process where special ink is transformed directly from solid to gas using heat—without becoming liquid—and then bonded permanently into the fabric.
How Sublimation Printing Works
1. A design is printed using sublimation ink on transfer paper
2. Heat and pressure are applied (usually 180–205°C)
3. The ink turns into gas and penetrates the fabric fibers
4. Once cooled, the ink becomes part of the fabric itself
👉 The print doesn’t sit on top—it’s inside the fabric.
Why Sublimation Is Popular
• ✅ No cracking or peeling
• ✅ Ultra-vibrant, full-color designs
• ✅ Soft feel (you can’t feel the print)
• ✅ Perfect for all-over prints
• ✅ Long-lasting and fade-resistant
